We moved to Northport from Texas in August of 2017 and found we needed pictures of our cars for insurance purposes... East Northport Auto Collision popped up as participating so we went... Met with the owners and immediately had a bond... parted with the words I hope we don't ever have to use your services... fast forward a year later and sure enough I had an accident... When my daughter had an accident in our Honda CRV she was very upset and emotional. Glen spoke with her and put her mind at ease, he was very understanding and helpful. We had never been in an accident before this and were guided through every step. Glen and Courtney are a great team! East Northport Collision does a TOP NOTCH job. We brought our 2010 White Honda Odyssey to have work done on the driver side passenger door & back panel. Glen was professional and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the car, but the particular paint color (who knew there is more than 1 shade of white for that year?). The work was done when we were told, right on schedule and looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to bring our other cars here and also recommend to anyone looking for a Collision shop.
