I retired from East a Neck after almost 30 years, wonderful facility, wonderful caring people. I have peace of mind knowing my aunt has received wonderful care as a resident of East Neck for seven years !
I worked there for 15 years and if I didn't move to Florida I probably would still be working there..
First off my Uncle Marvin Davidson is in your facility. He was put in a wheelcahir and told not to get up and out of it. They are not doing the PT he needs on hs legs (he does walk). His tv has a terrible picture and NO remote. He has to go to it everytime he needs to turn it on/off and change the channel. What kind of crap is this!!! I will remove him and take him to another rehab center if this stuff does not change immediately. Also the social worker has never called me back and now I want to be informed of when the care ... read more
