Awful to deal with, 10x+ increase in prescription cost, horrible
Their mobile app is incredibly user-friendly and convenient. I can manage my policy, file claims, and even chat with customer service directly from my phone.
They were very polite and knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for dental and vision, prescriptions outside of my Medicare Plan B. I wanted to keep my same doctors and they checked to see if they were in the network. They gave me their direct phone number and ext. if, I had any questions. Health Group LLC was very helpful in explaining my Plan in detail and I am very happy.
