I liked the doctor but their systems are obnoxious. They use one app for messaging and one app for health records, and you need an account for each kid for each app. Then there's a third service that handles billing and payment, which will start texting and emailing you within like 2 weeks after your appointment for an unpaid balance. In my case it was unpaid because my insurance billed me for a specialist visit instead of pcp for both my kids. Dr. Lustre and her team are incredible: they are always available to answer our questions; address our concerns; and collaborate with us on the best, most scientific way to take care of our little one. We could not recommend them higher!
I absolutely love Dr. Lustre and Dr. Roberts. The entire staff is wonderful, polite, and attentive. I always feel heard and my kids feel safe here. The overall vibe is inviting and inclusive and I will always bring my kids to this practice and recommend it to my friends for their children.
Im giving 2 stars because I absolutely love dr roberts and this isnt her fault but we are currently seeking another pediatrician for all 3 of our children because they can never work the kids in or see them when they are sick only thing they are good for is well Child checks I have a child who's got an extensive medical history has the flu and a severe eye injury and the front desk was rude I was not asked if I could hold I was just rudely told hold please as well as when she came back on I explained both kids had the flu on... read more
