**Update** They made it right folks! They delivered a new arrangement today; and it’s darling! Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but it’s how you recover that counts! Bravo! 👏🏼 I don’t know what my daughter paid for this arrangement for my birthday, but it’s the most pathetic flower arrangement I have ever seen. The handwritten card even had scratched out words. Can’t make this up. Sad.

I asked for a bridal bouquet sent her a picture of what I would like it to look like she charged me $170.00 I walked in to pick it up I was so disappointed when I saw this awful looking Bridal bouquet for $170.00 I asked if we could add some more flowers to it and she said there was nothing she could do. Nothing was beautiful about this bouquet so disappointing. Do not use her.. I threw it out and went to Kroger’s and made my own. Do not use this place.
Pretty bummed about the quality since these were over $100. They also got delivered via DoorDash, which was super odd. Including a picture of what I ordered vs what I got
