Completely oblivious to concerns that matter like actually contacting their patients when someone needs a refill or even just asking a question. You have to call constantly for everything and even then you hear nothing back untill you literally put your foot down and demand it. Prescription is never filled by the same doctor (my primary) which they then mess up or fill incorrectly. I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was on hold for 10 minutes before they picked up the phone. I said I was a new patient and that I wanted to make an appointment and the first question the receptionist asked was whether I’d been there before. When I reiterated that I would be a new patient, she said I’d have to fill out a form and then the call was disconnected. What a disappointing way to treat a prospective patient.

I'm uncertain if the staff here were having an off day but they had 0 interest in dealing with me. It was pretty crazy to experience.
