I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was on hold for 10 minutes before they picked up the phone. I said I was a new patient and that I wanted to make an appointment and the first question the receptionist asked was whether I’d been there before. When I reiterated that I would be a new patient, she said I’d have to fill out a form and then the call was disconnected. What a disappointing way to treat a prospective patient.

I'm uncertain if the staff here were having an off day but they had 0 interest in dealing with me. It was pretty crazy to experience.

Used to be good place, but I think doctors leave for a reason. They sit on my refill request for a week. Didn’t call me with any questions. When I called they told me it is in process. Never call me back as I requested. Today I learned that they denied my medicine. No call, no request for additional information, just disinformation. Feels like disconnection between stuff, but on my cost.
