My PCP, Dr. Williams, is an excellent clinician who is patient and compassionate. He always provides plenty of time to address my concerns. The phlebotomy team (for blood draws) is also excellent and friendly.
Had a blood draw and another sample drop off there this summer. The results from the blood draw were available later that afternoon. Wow! Faster than I have had results come back anywhere.No waiting, walked in, checked out and out less than 10 minutes later. The process was painless. Everyone was friendly. A really easy place to get lab work done.
Poor staff customer service and mediocre medical care
Completely oblivious to concerns that matter like actually contacting their patients when someone needs a refill or even just asking a question. You have to call constantly for everything and even then you hear nothing back untill you literally put your foot down and demand it. Prescription is never filled by the same doctor (my primary) which they then mess up or fill incorrectly.
