20 years ago they were the best. I'm not sure what happened, but they went downhill in the past few years. They no longer care about their patients and they have time for no one. They don't keep emergency appointments open in their schedule for patients with emergencies or dire situations. If you call with a serious medical problem, they try to give you an appointment four months out. The staff turnover has been unreal as well.. I'm sorry to say I had to leave this practice because they just don't care.
Dr. Weiner is the finest doctor I have ever gone to in 65 years. The blood draw here is quick and painless. Great facility and we're lucky to have this in the Berkshires.
