Nurses and staff were mean and abused their power.
I was looking for some information regarding my son I kept calling and calling - no answer. Finally a man picked up the phone. All he said was :hello, so I asked him if I dialed the right number. In the rudest tone he asked me: what do you need? I was shocked and for a second I didn’t know what to say and then I asked him if this was really a psychiatric hospital, he hung up the phone. I wouldn’t trust this facility with my loved ones. I can only imagine how could they treat their patients
We had a bit of bug bite scare and my daughters are all allergic but we have yet to see any allergies in our 1 year old.
I'm devastated that they had to close. Very caring staff and Doctor. Thanks to the Government less and less will be available for those in need. Is this how you're going to deal with the mental health system? Shame on you and pay you're bill's so this doesn't snowball.
