We tried East Moon Asian Bistro tonight for the first time. I can honestly say it is the Worst experience with Chinese takeout I have ever had. The entrees were almost inedible, the order came incomplete, and when I called and spoke to the owner over the phone to see if they would make things right after the $60 I literally just threw in the trash with this order & the disgusting food; she was rude, dismissive, & made zero attempt to make things right. Unfortunately as a former small business owner I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews. Since they can do so much damage and unfortunately too many times businesses are hurt due to a undeserved or malicious attack from a dishonest customer. However it’s time to state my consistent experiences. With this being so close to our house I used that as the excuse to get their food. The WORST service I have ever experienced. I waited over 2.5 hours for a delivery order and was told over and over that it was on its way. The manager told me she was busy and would, "call me back" and hung up on me. When I called back another girl answer, I asked for a manager and she pulled the phone away and said "this lady is being a bitch and wants to talk to you".. at least put your phone on mute if your going to talk crap. Absolute worst service I've ever had in my life. Our delivery was 2 hours late and the manager kept saying she would, "call me later" and then hung up on me when I asked for a refund. I would never suggest this restaurant to anyone.
We eat here all the time. Food is well presented and delicious.
Food was fine person who was serving waiting on us did not seem to listen and didn't honor coupon
It has been a few years since we have been here, but the service and food are as good as we remembered.
