Roscoe & Gracie love to visit The East Moline Animal Clinic!!!
The vets and staff have always been very kind and professional, but every time I call we are given an appointment 2 weeks or more out and when the appointment day comes I have been called and told the Dr was out, for various reasons, and asked to reschedule for a week or more out. When they are routine check ups and shot boosters I understand being a few weeks out, however when my dogs are sick and need to be seen within a few days 2 weeks and 2 canceled appointments later I'm not happy. My boy Dickens had gotten fleas and I was trying to fight them with over the counter stuff. Wasn't working. He wasn't his same old feisty self and I was worried. They took wonderful care of my furbaby.
We are very happy with the staff and Doctor!!! We also got a bag of toys and chew toys with are visit this time. Riley was very happy!!!!!
All three of my dogs enjoy going to the vet, because they get positive attention and affection while receiving great care.
