Best service I have ever had at EMEPA..they really treat you like family and Mrs. Pamela Anthony was absolutely so sweet in helping me out getting my brothers services on. He is gone 6 months out of the year...and this is his 1st apartment and made everything really easy and simple and fast. Thank you Mrs. Pamela!
LaTosha that is a employee there had the outside security light cut off. I specifically told her NOT to cut it off, I have never been late on my bill and I called in and spoke with her to let her know I was being charged for two outside lights at $8 each a month and she said she would to have to have someone come out to check and then my account would be credited but instead she had them cut it off today the one and only one we have.
