Brought our dog in for a relatively minor buts still concerning issue on a rainy Saturday and midnight. We were given a real timeline on when we could be expected to be seen. The staff treated our dog with care and concern instead of treating us like a number and a paycheck. They even followed up with us to check on her and give us the opportunity to give updates and ask questions. Everyone took such great care of my cat Daisy. I was told what they were doing for her and why. Everyone working there was very nice and compassionate. They texted and checked on her once she was home as well.
The staff and doctors were absolutely amazing and caring!
Everyone was very friendly. The veterinarian, Leslie Lathem did a wonderful job with my lab and his injury. It’s obvious her and her staff care about their furry patients big and small. I would recommend their services, especially for those that need a veterinarian after hours, which is a definite plus.
