Our precious fur baby Taffy was hit by 2 vehicles yesterday and Alyssa our nurse was friendly, attentive and caring. We're from out of state and was worried about her being alone and the level of care. However, our concerns quickly dissipated. Dr. Liu was very detailed in his explanation of Taffys treatment and gave great care and commitment. Professional and caring staff. I highly recommend them!
I will never take my pet back to that place. To start with they would not let us be with our pet. Charged us $1,400. Our cat had to be taken to our own vet because he was so dehydrate. No way did they give our cat a iv for dehydration. If you love your pet don't go there.
He received excellent care. Thank you so much for helping our boy!!
We came twice within 24hrs. All staff involved were friendly and compassionate. We appreciate their assistance during an emotionally difficult time.
