Called the office 12/10/24 gave information and an appointment scheduled for today 12/18/24. I never received confirmation so I called. They ask him and no one sees anything in the system of me ever existing. No “I’m sorry” and major lack of being helpful from the front desk. Recently relocated, one of my concerns was finding a GOOD chiropractor. Right out of the gate, I found Dr. Ward. The staff is warm and welcoming, scheduling is a breeze, rarely a wait after I arrive, and the care. The care is more than I even dared hope for. You will not go wrong by trusting Dr. Ward.
Great guys and one of them even takes care of the Cleveland Indians.
