My husband and I have gone to Dr. Wallace for years and have always been impressed with the level of care we receive. He is professional, personable, compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would not consider going to anyone else. He keeps up with new developments in the field and addresses any and all concerns I have with my eye care. Highly recommend.
I had my new patient eye exam today, and it went great. I was immediately welcomed upon entry and given a brief time to view frames before being called to the exam area. The initial exams were quick but thorough. Afterwards Dr. Wallace did an additional comprehensive eye exam and followed with a detailed discussion about of my results. Their Dry Eye center for Eyesthetics offers top notch treatments with the latest technology & the esthetician Katie is the sweetest thing. Nice staff, great customer service from beginning of my appointment to the end of my appointment, very professional, conveniently located bedside manners from the doctor. Dr Wallace is Very detailed!!!
From the moment you walk thru the door you feel special. The staff was kind and helpful and genuinely smiled. Dr. Wallace was gentle, patient, informative and caring. Being a Senior Citizen, this kind of treatment means alot. Thank you. I will be back and I will spread the word.
