Today was my first appointment with Dr Wallace. He and his staff gave an excellent and very detailed evaluation . I would highly recommend East Memphis Optometry and what an upscale office design . I was also selecting new glass frames and there were many styles to choose from and the Optician was very helpful. I look forward to being a patient at this practice ! Robert
Great experience! Staff is well trained and does an excellent job prepping patients for exam. Dr. Wallace is gentle, kind and has the ability to provide solutions for my eye problems due to immune issues. Office is spotless. I left feeling glad that I had been seen and looking forward to my new glasses.
My daughter loved everything about her first eye exam. She went in nervous and a little scared, but the staff was awesome and she quickly became at ease. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Including the other customers.
Recently changed to EMO, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is highly professional and really works hard to make sure things are correct and that you're pleased. Landon spent a lot of time with me answering questions and explaining my images. My new glasses are perfect. You can't do better.
I truly enjoyed my visit for my eye exam ! Dr. Wallace was great and the staff is just amazing . You guys should definitely give these people a visit . You won’t regret it !
