They elevate eye care to a whole other level! On the medical side, they’re thorough, knowledgeable, and LISTEN. On the aesthetics, they can’t be beat. I’ve always been self conscious about my glasses, and they have consistently helped me choose pairs that I’m confident with. A+ And they have free glasses cleaning/repair if you’re their patient. Couldn’t ask for better folks!
From the moment you walk thru the door you feel special. The staff was kind and helpful and genuinely smiled. Dr. Wallace was gentle, patient, informative and caring. Being a Senior Citizen, this kind of treatment means alot. Thank you. I will be back and I will spread the word.
Today was my first appointment with Dr Wallace. He and his staff gave an excellent and very detailed evaluation . I would highly recommend East Memphis Optometry and what an upscale office design . I was also selecting new glass frames and there were many styles to choose from and the Optician was very helpful. I look forward to being a patient at this practice ! Robert
My daughter loved everything about her first eye exam. She went in nervous and a little scared, but the staff was awesome and she quickly became at ease. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Including the other customers.
