Slow wait times and bad communication from doctor to patient.
My first neurologist appointment with Dr.Dutta she went against what my attending doctors said. I can't drive, no lifting, no operating no machinery. I'm on a walker and I have seizures they don't know which one I'm having this woman sent me back to work on full Duty..I was in the hospital for 14 days 7 in ICU and the other 7 in step down.This woman is very disrespectful and down grade African American man.
My first visit was great but after that everything went downhill. The girl at the front desk is very rude and I also think she is pocketing money. I find it crazy that I'm dealing with and serious health conditions and Dr. Dutter won't see me due to a pass bill. My condition has worse than but I can't communicate with her because I don't have $100 to pay plus $10 copay each visit. Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. Not only was the doctor rude and not empathetic to my migraines at all, the clinic overcharged me by $150 and I had to come back to get cash back?? I cried in my car after both occurrences. I was hoping that seeing a female neurologist would be better than my past experiences seeing male neurologists about migraines. But I was wrong. Would never recommend this clinic to anyone. This is the first review I've ever written about a doctor.
Very nice appointment/office visit. Staff was very nice, friendly and thorough with assisting me throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone look for a great neurology clinic.
