Their new billing service is awful. They keep trying to collect the FULL AMOUNT of my bill for surgery in March despite the fact that my insurance ALREADY PAID THEM. I owe them like $50 after insurance and can't pay it because they want the whole amount. I didn't have a choice for who performed my anesthesia at Campbell Clinic, but unless East Memphis Anesthesia gets their act together I may choose a whole different clinic in the future.

Would not recommend . Not pleases with the company and how they handle things . I do not recommend .

They were awesome throughout my surgery. I would like to personally thank the Dr that took care of me.

Jenny has atrocious customer service skills. I am glad I am not the only one who thinks the company can do better. Hence I won't take her rude, patronizing demeanor personally. Dr. Dalsania, thank you for your wonderful bedside manners. I want you to get paid for your services. Your billing company is harassing me. I told them to allow me to return to California and speak to my MediCal provider in person. Jenny is so negative and doubtful. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE THE WORSE FOR BILLING AND THEY HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES.
