We lived here for a year and a half and for the most part everything went very smoothly. At first the apartment looked very modern and nice and affordable, great for a married couple still going to college. When anything broke down they were usually there to fix it fairly soon. Went without hot water for a day and a half over a weekend but got a new dishwasher and refrigerator in about one day. Now to the negatives... We love living here, but they dont let us have animals, so we will have to move out :( But, very nice neighborhood, and kept up realy well.
These are really nice, cute apartments. I have looked at a lot of other places in Winona and for the price this is probably the best place to live. They are clean, modern (they even have dishwashers!) and affordable.
