They are so slow I’ve been waiting for an Hour (been here since 4:20pm and it’s 5:37pm and still not seen) and the front desk staff is so freaking RUDE (bad customer service) are they lacking staff. I should’ve went to one of those mini hospitals I recommend myself to go next time. Because this is B.S
They will call you 24 hours ahead of time (without letting you know beforehand) and if you don't answer, they cancel your appointment. They called me twice from two separate numbers during work hours. Seems incredibly incompetent and short-sighted.
