They never answer the phone; furthermore, the website states that they are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., which is incorrect.
I'm truly grateful for the wonderful care I've received at this clinic. Rona and Janet Lam ARNP are truly exceptional. When Humana insurance initially rejected the prior authorization for my medication, Janet Lam stepped in to ensure they couldn't dismiss the importance of my treatment for my autoimmune disease. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lauren, the office manager. These ladies genuinely go above and beyond for their patients. The walk-in service is fantastic and no appointment is needed. Thanks again everyone.
