Texted me on two different days to get my meds. I show up, no meds. Hispanic Lady at the counter finds a way to blame me for it. They have no clue what they are doing IMO. Horrible service and attitude. Going somewhere else ASAP.
If you want to be dismissed and ignored when you go in for a walk in, go to Abdullah. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant he will be reported for Negligence, why be in this field of work if you’re going to treat your patients this way?
El peor lugar para atenderte, no contestan los teléfonos, te programan citas, y cuando llegas no te atienden, incluso te piden confirmación una semana antes, con pruebas les demuestro que tengo una cita y con su cara muy fresca te dicen que no. Es un lugar despreciable. Sin contar la falta de educación del personal, que lástima que existan lugares así.
I like this office. It’s great to able to come as a walk-in when you really need to, and the staff is very friendly in my experience. The only trouble is reaching them via phone, and also the wait times, but I imagine it’s because they’re always so busy. The access to care is what I appreciate the most if you don’t have insurance; just don’t forget to bring your two most recent pay stubs.
Unprofessional Health Center. I got an appointment 6 weeks ago, got to the place 30 min before to do the paperwork, and waited 90 min until time ran out to go to work and had to leave. People at the front desk do not follow up neither do they communicate. Very amateurish and irresponsible. Not recommended. Disappointing.
