Just met the rudest doctor in my life at East LA VA clinic. Checked out their Google reviews and she had multiple complaints about her being mean, robotic and rude. I felt disrespected but now I feel sorry for her. I did sense her negative energy and tried to neutralize it with being nice but it was beyond my capability lol. I just went quiet the whole time. Too bad, veterans deserve better. The rest of the crew, nurses, front desk, security were super nice though.
Dr.Tran was absolutely horrible. Very very mean person, does not care about patient. Steer clear. Steer clear.
The Doctor and technicians are very professional.
I have nothing but great things to say about this VA clinic. I have private insurance to take care of my health, but this place makes me wonder if I even need it. The staff here are quick, attentive, and genuinely caring. My provider, Dr. Berger, is not only knowledgeable but also has a great sense of humor. If you’re assigned to this clinic, you won’t have to worry about your healthcare, trust me, you’re in good hands.
