The staff are greatest part and the soul of this place. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about two of the doctors who I’ve had to deal with, and one is my primary doctor. One doctor is very rude, condescending, and outright mean while the other can be condescending at time but says some of the most out of pocket things that I’m sure are not allowed.
I like my Dr. & the black lady security guard, is top tier.
Just met the rudest doctor in my life at East LA VA clinic. Checked out their Google reviews and she had multiple complaints about her being mean, robotic and rude. I felt disrespected but now I feel sorry for her. I did sense her negative energy and tried to neutralize it with being nice but it was beyond my capability lol. I just went quiet the whole time. Too bad, veterans deserve better. The rest of the crew, nurses, front desk, security were super nice though.
Dr.Tran was absolutely horrible. Very very mean person, does not care about patient. Steer clear. Steer clear.
