East Lohman was my third veterinary clinic in Las Cruces--and a definite keeper (until I moved). The first office didn't remember us or have our records the second time we came in. At the second office, which I used for quite a while because it was so conveniently located, I felt like an inconvenience--and then nickle and dimed for it--each time I came in. Took my new baby rabbit here for her 1st check up, Dr cook explained everything to me was very happy with her.
I took my girl in for an allergic reaction. I was recommended there by some friends who have dogs with allergies. Dr. Cook is amazing and each time I go in she stays in the room the whole exam, most vets leave and the the techs finish up. When my girl was having reactions to the meds Dr.Cook called me/got on the phone and spoke with me herself. Best experience I've ever had with any vet. I couldn't imagine taking my fur babies to any other vet. I have a special needs German shepherd and originally we went to calista animal hospital, but they wanted to euthanize her, they didn't even want to give her a chance at life. I took her to east lohman and met Dr. Ross & Dr. Ross and the vet staff gave her the chances she needed. In the past year we have worked with Dr. Cook & Dr. Cavaretta and they have always gone above and beyond for us.
