The ER is a joke. Multiple times I've seen them be nasty to others and nasty to me. They treat you like you're a burden. I really think they hate their jobs n I don't know if it's because they're doing too many shifts in a row or what but they are fucking rude. I've seen it from old folks to young children. They have no compassion. They are just horrible.

Atrocious level of incompetence displayed at this facility… I had a loved one diagnosed with a stroke who was later admitted from the ED to level 5. Called to get the results of the MRI & carotid dopplers and was treated like garbage by the unit secretary “Sue” and the charge nurse “Tesla.” Both were ignorant and lacked basic knowledge to answer my inquiries. I am forever grateful to Linda, Nicole, and Brenda for their dedication and care during my time in the hospital. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, and their expertise and compassion truly made a difference in my recovery. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and the impact they had on my health. They are truly beautiful souls, and I am blessed to have crossed paths with them.
