I understand the processing fee for card payments due to the card companies (visa, mastercard, etc.) charging the processing fees, but you should really allow in-person payments for people who don't want to pay the processing fee (and no, the drop box doesn't count as "in person"). Any time we have called they are very rude on the phone. I was having issues with the online portal and asked to pay over the phone and was told they can’t process debit cards. The portal will not save info majority of the time. When I think it’s on recurring payments I get the red bill in the mail. And it’s funny that the red bill ALWAYS comes in the mail but I rarely get the normal printed bill..but I digress.
