I went to this location and had the same frustrating experience. First, nobody answers the phone, so there’s no way to get guidance before going in person. When I arrived, I was told they are not doing monkeypox testing. This was very disappointing because if someone is sick or worried about an infection, they should be able to rely on the health district for help. The lack of communication and services at this location is really frustrating. Public health should be dependable, but here it feels unreliable and unhelpful.

The switchboard operator forgot what day it was again on purpose again so I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone and then they just hung up on me I didn't believe her when she said they were all in a meeting last week that's what they always say when they don't want you to talk to somebody she said she's really busy that's why she didn't remember what day it was she put me through somewhere that she knew wouldn't answer again and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she pretended she didn't have a supervisor again yeah the... read more

I called this location and asked to have an appointment for immunizations because the website didn't work properly made an appointment for my immunizations but she didn't ask me what immunizations I wanted I tried to tell her and she said I didn't she didn't need to know and I said I want to tell her so I went ahead and said I'd like to get the regular flu shot free and she said we don't have that yet and I said that's why you should find out what people are trying to get you wanted me to come for no reason you wanted to was... read more

How about answering your frigging phone! You guys keep physically hanging up while I am waiting to speak to one of you DAs. Not everything can be arranged on your website, which by the way has a lot of security issues that can be hacked!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a health department place or actually anywhere that has employees sitting on the counters on their phone. As soon as me and my mother walked in it wasn’t welcoming more annoyed with having to help someone but then again she was sitting on the first window counter on her phone with another girl so maybe we interrupted their gossip session.
