My son purchased a moped from East Lansing Scooter Company on September 23rd and was initially very excited about it. We were told the certificate of origin would be mailed the following day, but we still haven't received it weeks later. We've made numerous attempts to contact both East Lansing Scooter Company and Ann Arbor Scooter Company (as they were listed on the invoice) via calls and texts, but have received absolutely no response. Great service! Adam, the guy running this location, definitely knows his stuff about scooters, and is very helpful. I bought a Wolf Rugby II from them and they have done great service on it since, fixing the problem and letting me know what was wrong. Great bang for your buck scooters, would definitely recommend them.
