We got great information from them and liked what they said, and even trusted them. But they never called us back. Would have loved the opportunity to work with them. We tried calling this morning, and left another message. Called and left two more messages. No response to any of our calls.

I recently painted and renovated my bathroom, and the transformation is stunning! The new layout maximizes space, while the modern fixtures and tiles add a touch of luxury. Assessed the job (painting a house) on March 26, committed to giving a quote in a few days. Seemed like they knew their stuff. Emailed them on March 30 and April 3. Called a couple times in between. No response. No reply. The bar is pretty low nowadays. If you don't want to do a job, just have the uncommon courtesy of saying, "No thanks". Don't EVER commit to doing something and then go silent.
