Assessed the job (painting a house) on March 26, committed to giving a quote in a few days. Seemed like they knew their stuff. Emailed them on March 30 and April 3. Called a couple times in between. No response. No reply. The bar is pretty low nowadays. If you don't want to do a job, just have the uncommon courtesy of saying, "No thanks". Don't EVER commit to doing something and then go silent.
