This lab is absolutely ridiculous. They will not answer the phone so you can ask a simple question so you drive all the way there, they give you the document you need and then lock the door in your face. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the people working at this lab are. Corporate needs to come in and teach them customer service and compassion. There are so many other sparrow labs you can go to, I would avoid this one at all costs.
Only one person working and had a lot people waiting. End up just leaving.
Marie was amazing! I have trouble with getting blood draws and she made it so fast and easy! Will never go anywhere else!
I was very impressed with this lab and the personnel. The lab is clean and comfortable. Marie drew my blood quickly and painlessly. She was very efficient and friendly. I left with a smile on my face!!
Arrived for a blood draw at 6:18 am. All done and in my car at 6:30. Pleasant staff. This location may be a well-kept secret.
