Great, painfree experience visiting Schaefer Dental Group for the first time; from front desk to dental assistants to the dentist himself. Everyone was very friendly and made sure you understood what was involved EVERY step of the way. While my old crown was removed, he told me everything he was going to do, and why, and explained what he was seeing during the whole procedure so that I was fully involved, and constantly asking if I was feeling any pain whatsoever and if I was, he would stop and numb me up as needed. I’ve always had excellent service here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My dental hygienist is absolutely amazing and so are the dentists.
Always professional yet warmly personable. Before covid and now with it, they always have taken the time and effort to make certain I feel safe and relaxed.
My hygienist was gentle and efficient. I had several questions for the dentist. Dr. Moore was able to help with the answers for all of them. She took quite a lot of time discussing this with me!
I enjoy my visits and Sadie is the best! Everyone is always friendly and very competent at their jobs. They keep me informed on how I’m doing on my end of the job.
Everything is very well organize and mindful of best practices for COVID-19 transmission prevention. The staff from the front desk, to hygienists, to the Dentist are very friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, patient and answer every question. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended 😊
