About three or four years ago my wife and I each had a terrible experience with a group of dentists in Sarasota. The staff was all sweet and smiles as we walked in, but required us to take what we considered an excessive number of X-rays since all we wanted was to have our teeth cleaned. Period. Then we had to wait 20 or 30 minutes for the dentist supposedly to review my X-rays. The attractive, persuasive rep said that the dentist looked at my set of X-rays and saw a lot wrong. I really like Dr. Lafrenz. He is very skilled and does his best to make procedures pain free. He also is good about setting expectations and giving instructions for care afterwards. The staff is also excellent, in particular Neeta Patel who is my hygenist.
Always top notch service. Neeta is very gentle.
