Both Jessica Kurlinski, RDH, and Juergen Lafrenz, DDS, were extremely thorough and helpful in their examinations and procedures.
Dr. Faulkner and his staff are excellent. Dr. Faulkner is very thorough in his examinations and very personable. The office is very accommodating with scheduling. Everyone of the employees from the receptionist, hygenists, assistants to Dr. Faulkner himself, make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Dr. Faulkner.
The dentist is not my favorite place to be due to bad past experiences, however, I have now had two items done on my dental to be done list and my fear of the dentist is starting to go away. The work i had done yesterday by Dr Lafrenz and Tracy was painless. They took extremely good care of me. They made me feel comfortable by explaining what was going to happen next as we went thorough the procedure. The office staff is extremely professional and caring making the entire process a breeze..
