quality care, high price tag quality care but you can expect to pay top dollar for everything, and be upsold on everything, i've used them for the past year for my 3 animals, i just had my dog neutered there. when i dropped him off i sat down with one of the vets who then offered me about 5 additional optional items to say yes or no. I believe these items, while there may be an argument to their validity, are really unnecessary and a way of upcharging. Why else would they be optional.
