Friendly and Quick! In and out less than 25 minutes. I have never sat in the lobby more than 5 minutes!

Put diagnosis in my chart that have never happened or had any documentation to support this. This provider does not want to treat people. She will do nothing but make your chart a living nightmare. Do not recommend at all.
I had a very concerning experience with Eastlake Medical in Tyler involving my mother, and I feel it’s important to share for others considering care there. In September 2025, my mother—who has been diagnosed with diabetes for years—visited this office as a new patient.
