I had a very concerning experience with Eastlake Medical in Tyler involving my mother, and I feel it’s important to share for others considering care there. In September 2025, my mother—who has been diagnosed with diabetes for years—visited this office as a new patient. Despite providing her medical history, the provider told her she was “pre-diabetic and could be diabetic,” indicating her chart had not been properly reviewed.
