We were visintg with a kid who is going through chromo therapy. They had someone who was contagious but wouldn't tell us to what severity. We didn't ask what it was, who it was or anything, but since our kid essentially don't have an immune system it's putting her life in danger. Stay away.
Check in lady who’s survived there the longest is extremely rude. The doctors are nice, friendly and make sure I understand everything before I leave the office.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. No wonder this place is rated so poorly. We spoke with someone on the phone and were directed to do a walk in around 11. Traffic was worse than normal so we arrived at 11:20a. We walked in and my wife nicely greeted the staff and said she wanted to do a walk in appt. The white blonde hair lady behind the receptionist desk was immediately rude and snapped that we were too late for walk ins and we would have to return at 1:30p. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE. If I could give less than one star I would. I’ve been here twice and both times have not been helpful at all. The Dr. Ly didn’t even tell me what was wrong with me, he just prescribed steroids and sent me on my way. Then the second visit I got a new insurance and was told at the desk that they accepted it and that I wouldn’t have a co pay.
