I’ve been going here a few years now. For anual check ups and once for OBGYN. I’ve seen Dr. Ly, and the two current PA/NP. All have been great. However, the receptionist, is rude, and always in a rush. Even if the office is empty, she wants you out.
The staff was friendly and medical appointment was thorough. I was seen by Krista Punto as she was excellent! She took her time to get to know me and explained everything so that I could understand the plan. Super professional! I highly recommend East Lake Medical!
I made an appt online . Today I called to verify my insurance, the agent who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I cancelled the appointment.
1/22/25 Update: they cleaned the walls in the video and floors! :) Krista is so good! Really happy with how she works to help me. I didn’t catch her name but the desk woman was really helpful too and professional. ……………………………………………………………….. Do not give Dr. LY any of your business. His name is absolutely apt. He has openly lied and used fraud with my case and then tried to gaslight me after being confronted. He is a shady character who has not shown a single sign of understanding medical ethics. This is a STARK contrast to his office staff, who have demonstrated an abundance of patience, professionalism and compassion.
