Check in lady who’s survived there the longest is extremely rude. The doctors are nice, friendly and make sure I understand everything before I leave the office.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. No wonder this place is rated so poorly. We spoke with someone on the phone and were directed to do a walk in around 11. Traffic was worse than normal so we arrived at 11:20a. We walked in and my wife nicely greeted the staff and said she wanted to do a walk in appt. The white blonde hair lady behind the receptionist desk was immediately rude and snapped that we were too late for walk ins and we would have to return at 1:30p. DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE. If I could give less than one star I would. I’ve been here twice and both times have not been helpful at all. The Dr. Ly didn’t even tell me what was wrong with me, he just prescribed steroids and sent me on my way. Then the second visit I got a new insurance and was told at the desk that they accepted it and that I wouldn’t have a co pay. This place sucks. I’m in extreme pain and Dr Ly didn’t put the right testing on my quest order and has me driving back and forth and front desk lady hung up on me and very rude. Terrible place to go for serious matters. Ly was also very impatient when I was nervous telling him what was wrong with me. Terrible terrible place.
It's their policy to "see you" every 90 days to refill prescriptions as per "Nicole". For the "Follow ups" No labs needed, no notes on files, so they can't tell you what the visit is for. In Florida, it is generally illegal for a clinic or doctor to charge a separate fee specifically for writing a prescription or a refill and this is exactly what they are doing. Also, if you have a lifestyle disease, get a specialist. All this clinic has is a high turnover of Nurse Practitioners.
