The boarding facility for cats is completely unorganized and dirty. No one seems to know what’s going on there. Everyone tells you something different every time you speak to someone . There’s no clear communication on anything. They were calling me at almost 9pm the night before my overseas flight to try to get records that they already told me they would get themselves. Mind you I made this reservation a month prior and they waited till the night before boarding to do this so right before my trip it put me into a really st... read more
