The boarding facility for cats is completely unorganized and dirty. No one seems to know what’s going on there. Everyone tells you something different every time you speak to someone . There’s no clear communication on anything. They were calling me at almost 9pm the night before my overseas flight to try to get records that they already told me they would get themselves. Hello, I am writing to follow up regarding the charges from my recent visit with my newly adopted cat(s) from East Lake. When I adopted my first cat last month, she began coughing and sneezing persistently within hours of adoption. I contacted your office immediately and was clearly told by the receptionist that I would not have to pay for treatment because it had been less than a week since adoption.
