Hello, I am writing to follow up regarding the charges from my recent visit with my newly adopted cat(s) from East Lake. When I adopted my first cat last month, she began coughing and sneezing persistently within hours of adoption. I contacted your office immediately and was clearly told by the receptionist that I would not have to pay for treatment because it had been less than a week since adoption. Immensely grateful for the care provided to one of our foster kittens on a Sunday afternoon. We were squeezed in within 20 minutes of arrival and all procedures were discussed with transparent pricing before approval. We arrived with a queasy, lethargic, dehydrated, trembling kitten, and within 15 minutes of getting him back home, he was hungry, peppy and playful again.
We took our cat, Stevie Rae Cat, in this week(January 2026) for a "Tune Up and Oil Change" and then took her out to the race track where she ran a 100 yard dash in 8.5 seconds, a Cat record in D/FW! :). Kidding aside they are everything you expect in a Vet and have never disappointed. Hats off to Dr.Hille, Dr. Grant, Kate Wagner, Dr. Fling, and all the courteous Doctors and Staff at East Lake.
