Tai Nguyen is WAY too strict with meds. I asked for my Paxil to be refilled and he said he wanted me to go into the office before he would send in script for my SSRI. He should have given me a months worth and told me to make an appointment for another refill or something. I will never understand how doctors can be so incredibly careless when it comes to Patients cannot abruptly stop taking them. Great visit with Dr. Alex as a first time patient. Not only was he informative but the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to detail. 100% Recommend
He double charged my insurance. He charged my insurance for a well visit (which is the reason for the appointment) and charged my insurance for a regular appointment/consultation. I NEVER was given any type of medical advice, care, or treatment. I simply went there for an annual well visit. I will NOT be back.
