The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable, which made the experience a little lighter, but they do not take my insurance at all so the payment was astronomical!!!
I recently needed to have a tooth pulled and I was referred to Dr. Smail. I was leaving on a vacation and had to change some of my plans due to the abscessed tooth. I met with Dr. Smail and explained that I was going to be taking a cruise and needed the tooth pulled. I am prone to dry socket and told this to him and he planned on putting in a bone graft to prevent the dry socket. Highly Recommended! Dr. Smail and his entire team is not only professional but quite welcoming. I got 3 wisdom tooth removed, 3 days post surgery I've had no complications and little to no pain at this moment. My only regret is not going to him first, unfortunately I've wasted hours in the waiting room at ANOTHER oral and maxillofacial surgery facility.
