I am very happy with the service provided. All staff and Dr. Smail were very professional and made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves. Explained everything.A very comfortable family environment with great treatment. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I am quite afraid of dentist and anything to do with my mouth as I have had a few bad experiences in the past elsewhere. I could not be happier with my experience here and will continue to have the rest of my work done here.
Referred by an endodontist for a cracked molar and I contacted their office and I was scheduled to meet Dr Smail one week later. After this appointment, I decided to be sedated as I previously had a root canal and crown in this molar and it was also infected. I scheduled the appointment for the following week. I followed the preoperative guidance to prep. Very nice staff and the doctor.
Other than excruciatingly painful, having an extraction done, it was as pleasant as it could be with a very professional doctor and an outstanding staff. I would definitely recommend Dr Smail
