A few months ago I left a negative review of this autoshop, I had a negative experience due to misunderstanding, time constraints and holiday season. I'm reviewing this place again because I believe in honest people doing honest business, and I am willing to admit that the review was a mistake. Today the staff received us and our vehicle with kindness and discussed our previous issue. They also quickly repaired the damaged belt we had. Really wanted to believe this place was honest after a successful brake job , only for them to take $140 or my money to do absolutely nothing to my vehicle. A Toyota of all models, that fee is gigantic for a " diagnosis" with no answers ( and the diagnostic codes were provided). Other than a brake job I would not recommend this place , could it have been due to holidays? Maybe, but don't just take money knowing you won't even ATTEMPT to remedy the issue.
