Surprisingly awesome experience at a car dealership with the help of John Bonanno. I have been to quit a few VW dealerships on the island searching for my next preowned the last few years and I’m a pretty guarded shopper given that I’m a small female with not great experiences elsewhere, but John I felt was a really genuine honest salesmen that sold me my Tiguan for a great price. Just picked out my 2nd lease with East Hills VW. Everyone was kind and helpful and made the process seamless. I stuck with them because I already know that I’m in great hands with their service department when it’s time for routine maintenance. Highly recommend this dealership.
Needed a car and quick. Went to East hills Vw and met Jason. He went over the details about the car very professionally. He answered every question I had and gave me a good deal on a lease. I recently purchased a VW Tiguan and I love my car! My salesman was Bill Chapman, who was low pressure, friendly, helpful and very informative. The whole process was relatively low stress and efficient. Unfortunately the only issue was a technology glitch which I had to go back for two days later. However, Jack Simon in Service greeted me with a nice, genuine smile and promised to expedite the task making me feel better.
