Jack and the service team were courteous, professional, and quick to help when I was in a pickle with a new Subaru
This review only pertains to options available for payment in the service department. I did send a message through the website to the dealership directly and did get a call back. They left a message but it was assumed I was interested in buying a car so they clearly did not read what I sent over. I took my car in to get a new tire on 2/11/26. There was no pressure throughout the whole process. The whole conversation was very honest, informative, and understanding. I've already told people how my whole family were subaru fans and to go to East Hills.
I had an amazing experience purchasing my car from Roseanna. She was incredibly transparent from start to finish no surprises, no pressure, just honest and straightforward communication. She’s also genuinely sweet and easy to work with, which made the whole process enjoyable. This was hands down the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made.
