Terrible experience. I used to trust these guys for servicing our car. However, yesterday when I had my crosstrek oil changed, we got home and the oil light came on. I had my mechanic check it who live about five minutes away. He saw that there’s very little oil left, it’s almost empty. Basically, they drained the old one, but forgot to put a new one. So my mechanic put a quart for us to get to Subaru. And then the manager had the audacity to say it wasn’t their fault. They put oil and gave us a free oil change for next time... read more
Made a last minute online service appointment Saturday after hours and when I showed up this morning (Monday) at 8 am for my appointment I was greeted with kindness and respect from Natasha, she listened to my issue and my keys were given to the mechanics. She checked in with me for follow up questions and was very kind the entire experience. Called for parts. The guys there seem helpful and friendly
Worst service. Took the Subaru in for inspection and they deliberately overtorqued my drain plug for the engine oil. We hand tighten our drain plug and we went to check it and we can see it was tampered with by the service center. They have no business touching the drain plug during an inspection. They’re only suppose to inspect the oil through the dip stick. These people are a scam and attempt to do anything possible to extort money out of you.
