Worst service. Took the Subaru in for inspection and they deliberately overtorqued my drain plug for the engine oil. We hand tighten our drain plug and we went to check it and we can see it was tampered with by the service center. They have no business touching the drain plug during an inspection. They’re only suppose to inspect the oil through the dip stick. These people are a scam and attempt to do anything possible to extort money out of you. I've always trusted East Hills Subaru in Roslyn, that’s why I have my cars services there. I'm so impressed with the new Video MPI, a new way of explaining the findings to their clients. This shows that East Hills Subaru in Roslyn believes that accountability and transparency could not be more important to both of us.
Pretty trash service center. They tried to tell me my belt was worn. Went to a friend and he showed me there was no wear on my belt. They tried to get me for hundred of dollars for that repair. Paying for a tire rotation on an oil change is crazy though. I came back for the free nys inspection because I purchased a vehicle there and suddenly the next tech says the car is fine.
