I've always trusted East Hills Subaru in Roslyn, that’s why I have my cars services there. I'm so impressed with the new Video MPI, a new way of explaining the findings to their clients. This shows that East Hills Subaru in Roslyn believes that accountability and transparency could not be more important to both of us.
Pretty trash service center. They tried to tell me my belt was worn. Went to a friend and he showed me there was no wear on my belt. They tried to get me for hundred of dollars for that repair. Paying for a tire rotation on an oil change is crazy though. I came back for the free nys inspection because I purchased a vehicle there and suddenly the next tech says the car is fine. Just upgraded to a Subaru Forester 2025 and the service as always is amazing. They made sure the new car was ready with one on one support on how to use the new touchscreen displays and any other questions with the new car. Dennis and Jeff were incredibly helpful and we will always recommend purchasing from them.
