I have been coming here for service since I bought the car here in 2019 (7 years). This is my last time. My appointment was at 9am while I showed up at 8:50am. It took them until 10:45am and let me know what the car needed. They said it would take about 2 hours. There will be 3% additional charge on credit card so we went to get cash. Crappy customer service specifically the service manager downplaying their stupid mistake. Did the oil change but went back the next day since the oil light censor lit. Went to my neighbor mechanic first to have it checked and was told there was no oil, he filled it a little bit so I can drive back to Subaru. Who does an oil change without adding oil?!? Great service, on time
Still no car since it was dropped off at East Hills Subaru on Sept. 24, 2023. The dealership continues to say that I had the accident as if that explains why East Hills Subura and Perfection Auto cannot repair the car in several months. The no parts availabilty excuse wears thin. It took Perfection Auto, the East Hills Subaru auto repair partner, from 10/30/23 to 12/20/23 to ask GEICO for a second supplemental estimate for additional parts.
