Recently, I have been receiving harassment calls from their office on my outstanding balance for my visits. Issue being that I had paid up front twice and not clear on what my remaining balance is. There office staff just demanded payment on the phone without sending me the bill. Flip flop on whether they actually send me the bill via mail. Threaten to send my case to collection agency where all they have to do is send me the bill as promise. Not sure how you would like to deal with some Endodontics office like this,
I forgot to mention, 4 years ago I had a bottom tooth with a failed root canal. Three dentists told me the tooth had to come out. Dr. Gascoigne repaired the infected root and saved the tooth. Still perfect! She is one of a kind!
I recently visited East Hills for another root canal. Excellence service begins with how you treat and lead your team. I have to say I felt welcomed when I walked in the office at East Hills Endo. The team was warm, polite, and transparent from beginning to end. Dr. Gascoigne is very knowledgeable and intentional with the process. Her approach helped to ease my anxiety. I've always admired the professionalism of the team and highly recommend their services.
I was so pleased with the care I received at Dr Gascoigne office. The staff was pleasant and kind. Dr Gascoigne took her time and really made my visit such a pleasant experience. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend her office! I give her a 10/10!
Infections are never easy... root canal the second procedure. Dr. Gascoigne is excellent and the staff truly caring. Cant say enough positive things about my several visits to this office. Highly recommend.
I’m not sure all the positive reviews are real. Really bad experience for me at East Endodontics today. It seems all the Doctor and the assistant care was making me take the CBCT which costs $230 out of pocket (my dentist friend later tells me it is absolutely unnecessary). No constructive or meaningful advise from the doctor after her 2 minutes (at most) rushed exam. I really do not care about the $230. She provided the best possible service for my root canal. She was highly professional and made me feel comfortable and pain free during a procedure I was anxious about.
Dr. Gascoigne and staff were so amazing and took such great care of my tooth when I was in pain.
Every time I have an appointment, they always do their best to make sure I am comfortable! A very caring staff!!
