I tried to give this zero stars, but they make you at least put one in. My husband I went to East Hills after we were scammed at another dealership. Apparently, this dealership is no different. At first, everything was great. Our sales associate, Stan, was great, and the transaction to lease our new vehicle (Jeep Wrangler 4XE) went smoothly. However, the next day, everything went downhill. NICE WHEN SELLING YOU A CAR...HORRIBLE WHEN YOU NEED IT SERVICED We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, a Chrysler and a Jeep. The sales department was nice, but what I am learning, is that they make false promises just to make a sale.
