Absolutely the worst auto repair shop in Pensacola. The customer service is beyond rude. The front desk people do not give a rats ass about the customer. Only the bottom line. Our car has been there for 2 weeks and still no word on the issue or resolution. We keep getting excuses when the car will be done. RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE IN NEED OF AUTO REPAIR WORK - GO ELSEWHERE.
