Two vehicles now, but I’ll do one review to be nice. For my son’s truck. Did not install the filler neck hose to the gas tank. My son found this out when he went to fill up and gas poured all under his truck and on him. It could have became a dangerous situation quickly pouring gas all over the frame and muffler of a hot truck at a gas station. Very slow at fixing cars, left my car mats nasty with greasy foot prints. They will have to be replaced or professionally cleaned
I purchased a car through Carvana, took the car to Manufacturer dealer for inspection. They found a suspension problem that was going to cost between $2-5k to fix. Carvana’s warranty wouldn’t approve repair through them but gave me a list of their approved repair shops. Called East Hill and Elizabeth said I could drop it off same day. Dan called me the following day to let me know they confirmed same problem and would submit for warranty approval, got the approval the next day and started repair.
