On a Sunday, Memorial Day weekend- We had several moving events, including an ER, that day - that was happening at the same time - which caused a lot of stress. Our AAA service & experience with East Hill Automotive took away and helped destress a lot of concerns. Colin did an great job getting my car towed back to my house. He had no problem getting it backed in next to the house in the side yard. Fast, courteous service and very professional!!!
AVOID at all costs! Charged $163 for nothing. Called ahead to ensure they could work on the vehicle. They kept it for over two weeks before calling to tell me they couldn't fix it because it was too heavy for their lift (exactly why I called before dropping it off and they confirmed they could work on it). They still charged me the $163 because they "test drove it and found nothing wrong" but said even if they had found something they couldn't work on it because it was too heavy. My Cadillac wouldn’t start when I left work and OnStar couldn’t fix it. So they sent Cody. He was able to jump the battery but also said to call him if it died again on the way home. Cody and East Hill are my choice going forward!
