I have repeatedly asked them to NOT auto debit my account and i need and invoice. No one responds by phone or email. Tried calling the phone immediately disconnects. I want to pay on my own and not auto debit from my cc. They continue to take the liberty to run my cc without authorization to do so. Very disappointed
I used 53 storage and had no issues. My items were well secured and when I finally moved them out nothing had any damage.

I have found the owners here to be professional, friendly, and thorough. They keep the place neat, clean & secure. They even loaned me a lock until I could find mine as I had misplaced it. They have always been willing to work with me if I needed any help with figuring out space requirements, payment options etc. They have always dealt honestly and up front with me and knowing that is a comfort. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve been renting from this place and I will continue to do business here. One time I forgot to put a lock on my storage and the owner called me and notified me and she went above and beyond to put her lock on my storage to keep my stuff safe. I’m so happy they show how much they care about their customers. Also they have really cheap prices!
