Fast offloading and nice staff. Overnight parking
I used East Haven Building Supply in White Plains, NY. I ordered over $60k in Marvin windows through them. Nothing but issues. There is a lack of professionalism and communication. After no communication, I will get promised delivery dates and then nothing shows up. A 3 panel slider was ordered incorrectly by them. It was delivered in November 2023 and it still has not been addressed by East Haven. I was unfortunately stuck behind one of their trucks this AM going up Route 10 in Cheshire. Coming out of the Starbucks the driver first blocked traffic getting out of the business then decided to make a right hand turn from the left turn lane. Then proceeded to stop traffic to let multiple cars out of a parking lot even though the light was green. He then sat at the green light until it turned red then drove through the intersection.
