Absolutely trash. Called them the first time for a meter check. They came out seemed fixed. Then it died again. Called to replace the hot water heater or the control unit 4 times. Left voice mails all 4 times. Never got a call back. Called a 5th time finally got someone and I got told that I’d receive a call back. That was 3 months ago, still no call back. If you truly want service call someone else they are flakes and useless, I wouldn’t call them if it was below 0 and had no heat. They suck
I called them for routine annual furnace service. They sent a guy over. The guy was sitting in his truck for most of the time saying he was waiting for his boss to come in. I had 3 furnaces that I had asked them to service. At about 3 pm the guy said he was done and also had to charge me extra for cleaning the chimney which I never asked for.
