They were fast to respond when my furnace wasn’t working. Same day repair on the weekend. Explained what was happening every step of the way as they were fixing it, resolved the issue on the first visit, and the price was very reasonable.
We lost heat couple weeks and company that installed our furnace just two years ago was not able to accommodate repairs. There recommended Rob he went above and beyond to resolve issue with our furnace swapping multiple parts. He fixed our issue and was dealing with manufacturer to get parts under warranty. He gave us fair price based on time he spent fixing our issues.
Absolutely trash. Called them the first time for a meter check. They came out seemed fixed. Then it died again. Called to replace the hot water heater or the control unit 4 times. Left voice mails all 4 times. Never got a call back. Called a 5th time finally got someone and I got told that I’d receive a call back. That was 3 months ago, still no call back. If you truly want service call someone else they are flakes and useless, I wouldn’t call them if it was below 0 and had no heat. They suck
I called them for routine annual furnace service. They sent a guy over. The guy was sitting in his truck for most of the time saying he was waiting for his boss to come in. I had 3 furnaces that I had asked them to service. At about 3 pm the guy said he was done and also had to charge me extra for cleaning the chimney which I never asked for. Called to get a quote and they are over priced. You can definitely find more affordable and quality service with different companies than this one.
