They were extremely friendly and kind during the appointment. They were extremely accommodating to my work schedule as well. Moreover, their front service desk worker is the sweetest there is alongside the very thorough cleaning I got!

To begin, my problem has been with the billing department. I may be the only person who has had an issue with them, but here we are. Out of the blue I received a bill over $2,000. We never received a prior bill but this one that was covering months of charges.
