I use to love this local newspaper till I see pictures of their photographer giving the middle finger to trump supporters. Total disgrace to have an employee act this way. Allowing this prejudice behavior only makes me curious to what’s it’s like behind the scenes.
Used to be a great paper, but their photographer who also is a childrens coloring book illustrator. Is standing outside giving the finger to people. /she. Doesnt like them bc they are choosing her political party!! She should be FIRED!!! What happens when somebody else does something she doenst like. Depicts it in the east hampton star or illustrates in a children’s book!!

I hold journalism outlets to a high standard of ethics and integrity and I believe this newspaper is found wanting. I’ve done a relatively in depth dive into a recent controversy which they initially covered, but have seemingly covered up.
Deep and lively reading for me since my childhood. Essential to living and vacationing in the historic and intense culture of this special place.
