Stayed here for a year. Only moved because I wanted a 3 bed and none of their current residents moved out. I never had any issues, anything that needed maintained was dealt with very promptly. I noticed someone complained about promptness of maintenance, they said they called the office. There is an app and ticket system and it lets you track the status. I should have listened to the reviews. 0/10 will not recommend. I've lived here for LESS THAN one month and this complex is already a 1 in my book. Before I signed my lease, they told me (and in writing) that I owed $958.50 to move in. They called me and few days before I was set to move in and told me I could move in early. I jumped at the chance because I was ready to move in. When I was signing my lease, they said I owed $1,136. I asked why, and she said it was because I was moving in early.
